A JUDGE has dismissed a sexual assault lawsuit towards Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.
Former mannequin Jeanne Bellino claimed the rocker, 75, groped her twice in 1975 when he was 27 and she or he was 17.
She says Tyler assaulted her in a Manhattan telephone sales space and later pinned her towards a wall and simulated intercourse.
Tyler "vehemently" denied the allegations.
Ms Bellino stated she suffered "severe and emotional misery" and was "hospitalised and medicated" consequently.
It was previously reported Ms Bellino was engaged on a trend show when a pal arranged for her to satisfy Aerosmith at a nearby lodge.
US District Decide Lewis Caplan dismissed the civil lawsuit, saying Ms Bellino had waited too lengthy to sue Tyler.
Tyler's lawyer David Lengthy-Daniels informed Reuters: "We agree with the decide's reasoning, and are grateful for this outcome on behalf of our shopper."
Another case towards the singer began in 2022 after a lady filed a lawsuit towards him for sexual battery and assault when she was 16.
He denies the claims.
