"This is sort of a jungle," Dutta informed ABC News affiliate WSYX.

Dutta's neighbor has a passion for figs and has dozens of different species of plant every with an elaborate watering system.

The "jungle" is brought on by the neighbor growing the timber on his back and front lawns in addition to the driveway and the curb.

"This is not right…you can't plant over there," Dutta advised the information outlet as she pointed across the road.
