Over the weekend, Allison admitted to People that she needed to apologize for her past style faux pas.
Her mom, Macy Brooks Putnam, died in October 2020.
Allison revealed she is grateful the late matriarch didn't see photographs from the& November 2022 premiere& of& Amazon Prime's The Individuals We Hate At The Wedding ceremony.
At the time, the star flaunted her unimaginable figure in a black sheer gown, ditching the bra when she arrived on the purple carpet.
Her floor-length sequin gown had cut-outs along the sleeves, as her ensemble came full with a fishtail skirt.
Together with her hair flowing straight, Allison completed the spicy look with open-toe heels, a dark-colored clutch, and stud earrings.
"I'm sorry my mother is not right here, but my mom would've had a number of phrases for me about sporting that gown," she jokingly advised the outlet.
"She wouldn't have permitted of that gown in any respect."
"I don't assume I knew how clear that gown was," the TV star defined.
"Undoubtedly with pictures, it was more transparent."
