Bruce Willis' wife Emma Heming has hit back at claims her actor husband has 'no more pleasure' left in his life after his current dementia analysis.
The Die Hard actor, 68, initially retired from appearing in 2022 after being informed he had aphasia, which is classed as an inability to comprehend language because of injury to specific brain regions.
Months later, in February 2023, the Armageddon star's family introduced he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which is the second commonest form of the illness after Alzheimer's.
Now Emma, 45, has hit out at reviews that her husband has 'no extra pleasure' in his life, taking to Instagram to criticise 'clickbait' headlines that misrepresent her husband's day-to-day life.
She stated: 'It's Sunday morning and I'm triggered. I just obtained clickbaited. I'm simply scrolling, minding my own enterprise, and simply saw a headline – and obtained clickbaited – that had to do with my circle of relatives.
'The headline principally there isn't any extra pleasure in my husband. Now I can simply inform you that's far from the reality. I want society, and whoever is writing these stupid headlines, to cease scaring individuals.'
She continued: '[People will think] once they get a analysis of some type of neuro-cognitive disease that that's it, it's over. Let's pack it up. Nothing else to see here. We're executed. No, it's the complete opposite.'
Bruce's good friend Glenn Gordon Caron, who directed episodes of 80s TV collection Moonlighting where Bruce made his massive break, said he was no longer 'totally verbal' or capable of read, but that he was 'still Bruce'.
Because the FTD analysis, Bruce's family – including ex-wife Demi Moore – are stated to have rallied round him, while Emma, who Bruce married in 2009, providing probably the most care.
Emma, a British-American former model born in Malta, later gave perception into what life is actually life whereas taking good care of her husband, who appeared in over 100 movies throughout his career.

On Valentine's Day this yr, Emma provided an emotional, poignant update as she paid tribute to her actor husband, sharing a photograph of a young moment between them and saying 'love is a gorgeous thing'.
The couple have been married 15 years ago and have two youngsters together, whereas Emma can also be step-mum to Bruce's three daughters with Demi.
