The star featured as a vocal coach on hit exhibits akin to The Voice and American Idol handed away on Tuesday at her Los Angeles house.
Debra's reason for demise has not been confirmed yet, based on Deadline.
A number of movie star stars have led touching tributes following Debra's dying, together with long-time good friend and colleague, Barry Manilow.
Barry shared the emotional tribute on his social media.
"This is among the saddest days of my life. I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that Debra is not with me," he wrote.
"She was probably the most fantastic buddies I've ever had. I will miss you ceaselessly, my love."
Debra had also worked with a number of different big stars, including Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson and Bob Dylan.
Jennifer took to X, previously Twitter, to supply her personal condolences.
"Heartbroken over the passing of Debra Byrd, the vocal coach on American Idol.
"She inspired and supported us from the very beginning!
"I'm so grateful for every thing she taught us. She can be dearly missed, however her legacy lives on by means of the music of numerous artists she influenced during her lifetime.
"Relaxation in peace, Debra," she finished.
Jennifer rose to fame in 2004 when she reached the ultimate of American Idol, where she worked with Debra.
Different alum, together with Clay Aiken, reflected on Debra's help.
"I don't assume it might be an exaggeration to say that nobody was a better mentor, coach, instructor, or champion to us Idol contestants than Byrd was," he wrote online.
"Nobody spent extra time with us.
I'll never forget her drilling into us how we would have liked to look right into the digital camera and connect with the audience at house. She was a light-weight in so many lives. I am so fortunate that I acquired to call her a good friend."
