RASPBERRIES frontman Eric Carmen has died at 74.
The All By Myself singer's death was shared by his wife in a message on his website.
"It's with super unhappiness that we share the heartbreaking information of the passing of Eric Carmen," Amy Carmen wrote in a statement.
"Our sweet, loving and gifted Eric passed away in his sleep, over the weekend. It brought him great joy to know, that for many years, his music touched so many and can be his lasting legacy.
"Please respect the household's privacy as we mourn our monumental loss. 'Love Is All That Matters… Trustworthy and Eternally,'" she finished.
Carmen was the face of the popular group within the 1970s and 1980s.
