AN AMAZON shopper has claimed they have been scammed out of $1855 after purchasing a product on the platform.
Footage of the reported scam have been posted on the favored Reddit platform r/amazonprime.
Over 100,000 Amazon buyers use the platform to debate products and share advice.
One consumer posted several footage of an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics processing unit that they'd bought.
The field was sealed in plastic and didn't look peculiar from the surface.
"Finally turned sufferer to a return rip-off, paid $1855 for a bag of flour," the disgruntled user wrote.
They offered 5 photographs of the box, including one which exhibits the processing unit just isn't inside.
As an alternative, a nasty of flour is pictured as a substitute regardless of the box seeming to be unopened previous to the client's unboxing.
