"And when he advised me he can be retiring and I expressed my regret of not being the final individual to ever tape him, he provided to have me tape him for his retirement press convention.
"That's who he is."
One fan responded to the story on X, previously generally known as Twitter, by simply saying, "World Class Guy!!!"
And one other commented, "Jason doesn't miss – definition of an excellent dude!"

The 36-year-old was selected to seven Pro Bowl video games and named to 6 All-Pro teams.
