Rachel, 49, who married fellow journalist Luke Mendham in 2004, fell pregnant with their fourth baby, son Henry, on the age of 41.
Chatting with Gabby Logan on her Mid-Point podcast, Rachel spoke about their choice to have another youngster after their first three, saying: 'I've been extremely lucky, and I'm very conscious of speaking about this with other ladies and families who've been by way of fertility challenge sand so on, but I had three very simple pregnancies, after which I made the terribly boastful assumption that I'd have a fourth child and it will be type of advantageous and very simple.
