The story was shared by a consumer referred to as Mardyjune.
"A Walmart clerk adopted me round for 10 minutes while I tried to seek out my mascara," reads the post.

Mardyjune's complaints aren't the first of this type as many purchasers have been upset by Walmart's choice to lock up all manner of things to stop product shrinkage.
