Sean Kingston and His Mother Plead Not Guilty to Fraud Charges of Over $1 Million as They Demand Jury Trial
Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, have pleaded not guilty on all counts to fraud charges of more than $1 million. The pleas were accepted by the court at an arraignment hearing before Broward Circuit Judge Ernest Kollra in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, on Monday, Aug. 26, while a legal team for Kingston (real name Kisean Anderson), 34, and Turner, 61, also demanded both a jury trial as well as discovery from the State, PEOPLE can confirm.
