Team USA Swimming Closes Out 2024 Olympics with 3 More Medals-and 2 World Records!
Team USA's swimmers just finished their jam-packed 2024 Olympic Games with a little more hardware. Bobby Finke earned Team USA's only men's individual gold in the 1500-meter freestyle on Sunday, Aug. 4, and set an impressive world record in the process. He came ahead of Italy and Ireland to maintain his status as the reigning 1500-meter champion after first winning gold in Tokyo 2020. Team USA also earned medals in both the men's and women's 4x100-meter medley relay to end the night in Paris.
