Police are investigating a shocking attack on a cyclist who was throttled and thrown to the floor by a raging motorist in broad daylight. Disturbing footage showed the horrific assault taking place in Edinburgh's Old Town on Friday afternoon. The video shows the 34-year-old cyclist standing in front of a white car on High School Wynd, speaking to a female passenger while the furious driver is beeping his horn.
