Emergency providers rushed to the scene this morning around 5am native time after the hearth broke out at the House Simon care residence.
No less than four individuals died within the hearth whereas one other 15 have been left injured.
Spokesperson for the hearth division Michael Hendricks described the state of affairs as dramatic and stated firefighters have been pressured to break the windows to rescue a few of the trapped residents.
However the two-storey building had been engulfed in flames to such an extent, it was unimaginable to entry some areas.
It is understood that one individual is in important condition while a firefighter and a police officer have been also significantly injured.
All 46 residents of the retirement house had to be evacuated, in line with Bild.
The reason for the hearth stays unknown and the hearth department is carrying out an investigation.
