A new iteration of The Office is coming — and Steve Carell received a call from the actor who landed the lead role. Carell — who famously starred as Michael Scott in Greg Daniels' adaptation of the U.K. sitcom — dished on the newly-announced spinoff series during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as he revealed that he spoke to Domhnall Gleeson before the actor accepted the role.
