Team GB have selected their flagbearers for the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics which is due to take place on Friday. While the Games have already begun, with rugby sevens and football both kicking-off on Wednesday, the official opening will commence at 7.30pm local time (6.30pm GMT) and will be held on the River Seine. It will be a historic event for the Games, with this being the first time an Opening Ceremony will take place outside of a stadium.
