Sarah Bacon and Kassidy Cook took silver in the event - the first piece of hardware for the United States at these games - with a score of 314.64 points. They finished behind the Chinese team of Yani Chang and Yiwen Chen and just ahead of Great Britain's Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew Jensen.
