Meghan McCain is educating her followers after dealing with a health scare last week. On Dec. 30, the former View host, 40, posted on Instagram and revealed that she found a mass on her breast, encouraging others to stay on top of their routine screenings. "I had to get a mass in my breast biopsied last week and just got the news the test came back benign," she wrote. "I can't tell you how blessed, lucky and relieved I am but for any woman who follows this account or my work, PLEASE get your mammograms!
