Mother shot and son found dead at their sprawling house in upscale neighborhood
A mother and son in Philadelphia were shot multiple times in their own home after a burglary ended tragically in the 25-year-old boy's death. Bernadette Gaudio, 61, and her son Andrew Gaudio, were both shot in Wynnewood, Philadelphia, during a home invasion on Sunday morning at 2.20am. Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 42-year-old Kelvin Roberts who has been charged with second-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy. After several men were believed to have broken into the home, Bernadette sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to hospital in critical condition, reported NBC.
