A stunning San Francisco Bay lighthouse is offering a couple around $140,000 to move to a tiny bed and breakfast to be its innkeepers. The East Brother Light Station is hiring for a couple to take over innkeeping duties at the five-star B&B and run a ferry to bring visitors to the island. The role does require at least one member of the couple to have a valid US Coast Guard boat license to operate the ferry, according to its website.
