Never think you'd bump into Miley Cyrus at an outlet mall? Well, her mom Tish Cyrus just confirmed that her daughter loves a good deal like everyone else. In a TikTok video posted on Feb. 18, Tish spilled all of her pop star kid's shopping secrets, including where she scores her designer deals. While getting dressed for Miley's soundcheck ahead of Saturday Night Live's 50th anniversary special, which saw the singer pay tribute to the late Sinéad O'Connor, Tish, 57, showed off her coat options, one of them being the cropped Saint Laurent puffer coat Miley got at a major discount.
