Ingrid Michaelson is letting go of her charming L.A. home — but not before giving it a stylish, market-ready makeover. The "You and I" singer, 44, is saying farewell to her Spanish-style retreat. She listed it on Thursday, Oct. 31 with an asking price of $4,295,000 with Eric Lavey of Sotheby's International Realty. Before putting the house on the market, the The Notebook musical songwriter brought in celebrity interior designer and HGTV alum Francesca Grace to stage the space with feminine yet modern pieces like the living room's oversize circular armchairs wrapped in chintz, which Grace custom made for Michaelson.
