Jennifer Garner is throwing it back to 13 Going on 30 for Halloween! On Wednesday, Oct. 30, the actress, 52, shared a video on TikTok and Instagram of herself recreating the getting ready scene from her hit 2004 movie. Played alongside Whitney Houston's song "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" — the same song used in the film — Garner applied lip gloss before adding retinol cream, powder and eyeliner, hilariously wearing her glasses to help her apply the eye makeup.
