Former NASCAR racer and passionate Donald Trump supporter Danica Patrick has launched a scathing attack on the governor of California Gavin Newsom amid the Los Angeles wildfires. The blazes began Tuesday and five people have been killed, while an estimated 2,000 buildings have been destroyed. Patrick took to X to criticize Newsom in three posts, amid claims by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power that teams have struggled to maintain the water pressure needed by firefighters to tackle the blazes.
