Blue popstar Duncan James has grovelled on social media to his mum Fiona Inglis for lacking Mother's Day.
However it wasn't the former Hollyoaks actor's fault as he explained on X his British Airways flight again residence to the UK was delayed.
Duncan, 45, stated his aircraft from Dubai destined for London Heathrow suffered a technical problem and needed to get replaced.
The flight was originally on account of land in time for Mom's Day at the moment (Sunday March, 10) however now it gained't be landing on the runway till tomorrow (Monday March, 11).
On X, the Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Phrase singer lamented: 'So sadly @British_Airways couldn't get me house in time for #mothersday as the aircraft went tech and couldn't be fastened so just ready for them to ship a new one :(.
'Sorry mum never has this happened earlier than @flitwicker.'
Duncan also hooked up an replace from BA about his flight, BA108, which explained the aircraft's new arrival time can be 7.50am tomorrow.

Fans on X consoled Duncan, with Lucia Irvine writing: 'Aww bless you Duncan, you'll make up for it and when u see ur wee mummy u will spend time together with her, have to be so exhausting particularly right now, sending lv xx.'
Echoing Lucia's sentiment, Federica added: 'I'm very sorry Dunc, don't fear, you'll come residence soon and rejoice together with your fantastic mother You're so candy, I really like you.'

Fiona, nevertheless, didn't seem too miffed and shared her own tribute to her son on Instagram.

Duncan beforehand shared he had lavished his mum with a haul of make-up goodies from Iconic London for Mother's Day.
