Newcastle have accepted an offer of around £33million from Brighton for Yankuba Minteh, and that could be enough to keep stars such as Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon at the club. The Magpies have been battling to avoid a Premier League points deduction for failing to comply with Profit and Sustainability Rules, and they need to sell before Sunday night's accounting-period deadline. Minteh, 19, is now set for a medical with the South Coast club.
