Earthquake rocks Los Angles moments after the Oscars
An earthquake shook Los Angeles just hours after Hollywood A-listers left the Oscars ceremony. The 3.9-magnitude tremor was reported at 10.13pm, centered in North Hollywood, according to NBC Los Angeles. Shaking was reported in the San Fernando Valley, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Glendale, Pasadena and other parts of Los Angeles. The quake came just hours after celebrities poured out of the Dolby Theater in Hollywood following the 97th Academy Awards. Many on X joked that the tremor was retribution for the awards show.
