Call The Midwife star Helen George has been spotted filming scenes for series 14 for the first time, after her on-screen husband Olly Rix was written out of the BBC show. The actress, 40, who has played Nurse Trixie Franklin since the show's inception in 2012, transformed into the heroic midwife as the series steps closer to the 1970s. As well as sporting her character's nurse uniform, Helen showed Trixie's chic sense of style as a snazzy new fashion decade dawns, dressed in an ivory satin shirt and a green printed skirt.
